"O COME, LET US SING TO THE LORD; LET US MAKE A JOYFUL NOISE TO THE ROCK OF OUR SALVATION!" PSALM 95:1

We have a passionate group of music makers here are our church - from singers to instrumentalists to hand bell ringers. All led by our Minister of Music, Matthew Wary. Email him at musicmatt@gsuccboyertown.org if you think you'd be interested in making a joyful noise to the Lord - all skill levels welcome.

Senior Choir: This is the most active singing ensemble, participating weekly in one service between September and early June. This group covers a wide variety of repertoire, from classics to contemporary, plus exploration of hymns in the New Century Hymnal. Rehearsals are a casual atmosphere of individuals singing praise to the Lord. Musical ability is not required, but greatly appreciated. We rehearse Wednesdays at 7:00pm except when preceded by Cantata Choir or Lenten services. All in grade 9 and older are welcome in Senior Choir.

Cantata Choir: This group for high school students and adults usually sings a Christmas cantata, with rehearsals beginning in October on Wednesday evenings. It also sings for our annual Music Sunday in the spring. Rehearsals for Music Sunday are after Easter on Wednesday evenings.

Cherub Choir: Children age 3 through grade 4 sing in this group, which appears monthly in the 10:20 service. Cherub Choir meets on Sundays at 10:00 in Room 3.

Youth Choir: This group for grades 5 and up sings about once a month in the 10:20 service. We learn music in a variety of styles. Junior Choir practices on Sundays at 8:45am September-early June.

Handbell Choir: This ensemble for grade 7 thru adults practices on Mondays at 7pm. No previous ringing experience is necessary, and parts can be tailored to each player's abilities.

Orchestra: Our newest group features instrumentalists of all types, ages, and abilities, and will play occasionally in worship throughout the year.

Special Music: Vocalists and instrumentalists are always welcome to provide music in our worship services, especially during the summer when the choirs are on hiatus.
